Your photo session is complete! all of your gorgeous images have been edited and sent to you. Now what?! Whether you used Amelia Margaret Photography for family photos, senior pictures, an engagement session, newborn lifestyle photos, or any other service, your directions are the same.
Click the download button towards the upper right-hand corner of your gallery.
Enter in your email address.
Click the folder you wish to download. Click "high resolution" and select "my computer".
Hit "start download". It will take several minutes to load depending on the amount of images in your gallery. Eventually a secure link to download will appear on the screen. Click the link.
Your images will download as a zipped folder in the "downloads" section of your computer. You must move this from your downloads section to a permanent place like you "pictures folder" or your "desktop."
Save your images to a second place to be EXTRA secure that you never lose your photos. a second location could be:
-Google Drive
-Microsoft OneDrive
-Google Photos
- a USB
-burn them to a CD
-save on someone else in the family's computer. Another way to protect you precious photos is to have them printed. I offer easy to use printing services that use high quality, archival photo paper and real photograph printers. These are not inkjet prints. Your images can last over 100 years in typical home display.
I will retain a copy of your edited images for 6 months. After that time, I must purge my computer to make space for new sessions. Be sure to save your files in that time frame.
